Open the capsule by twisting or cutting off the tip of the capsule. Apply the contents of the capsule to cleansed skin of the face, neck and décolleté and massage the serum thoroughly into the skin. Once it is completely absorbed into the skin (after 30-60 seconds), apply a suitable cream. To achieve a significant improvement in skin condition, an intensive course of one capsule a day is recommended, preferably at bedtime, for at least 30 days.
